Park Place, situated in the former Molson Park, is a 200 acre development composed of retail, commercial and office space and includes a 22 acre green space. The shopping centre features upscale fashion, specialty retail, themed and fast food restaurants and a major fitness centre and is conveniently located directly off Highway 400 in Barrie.

Recognized for offering a healthy alternative to traditional fast food, Teriyaki Experience gives guests the option of cooking their meals with their signature Asian cooking sauce for a more flavourful experience or with water to minimize the fat and calorie content for a more healthy option. Using the teppanyaki griddle to prepare fresh meals in less than 5 minutes, the menu features a selection of rice and noodle meals, soups, salad and sushi. Most menu items have less than 10 grams of fat and contain less than 600 calories.
