The experience begins here! In 1986, our first location opens in the Promenade Mall
in Toronto, Ontario. Our small beginnings allowed us to cultivate and develop the
unique asian-inspired cuisine that we still deliver today.

In 1993, we began to cook with water as an option for our guests - allowing us to offer a healthy and unique alternative to traditional fast food.

In 1996, we were ecstatic to announce the opening of our first international
location; at the Yum Yum Tree Food Court Exhibition in Bahrain. This ushered in a new age for Teriyaki Experience.

In 1998, we opened our first open street-front location, on Eglin St. in
Ottawa, Ontario - an extremely important step in developing the Teriyaki
Experience brand.

In 2002, Teriyaki Experience went abroad with our first European Location opening in Italy - an amazing step for our international progress.

In 2006, Teriyaki Experience celebrated our 20th anniversary as a restaurant!

In 2007, Teriyaki Experience opened it's first US location in Atlanta, Georgia,
and continues today to grow and thrive in the United States!

And in 2011, we celebrate 25 years of providing unique, healthy and delicious
asian-inspired alternatives to your average North American fast food!
